The building is characterized by a lineal composition on floor that helps to establish limits and put in order all the area. The two convents and this new building would annotate a big part of the urban park of provisional vocation and in a parallel way the three buildings would enjoy of the presence of this park that must be also a design motive for the building we are talking about.
  
To force the presence of the “Conde’s Park”, we arrange the building in an easy way, so the linearity of the building establishes two very different areas:
The spectacle areas and the working areas are attached to a rigid and blind wall, of stone of the zone, of big format and refined, that want to be expression or continuation of the walls that today characterize the Tafalla’s area.
  
The meeting areas and the halls draw a continuous strip always in contact with the green area through the front very glazed and rough that compresses and widens as much as you want the distribution’s areas depending on the need of use.
