The intervention suggested in the present proposal emphasizes the condition of big virtual square that in the future will have the plot flanked by the most significant two buildings of the university: the vice-chancellor building and the library.
  
This, the library, has an easy access from here and from the parking arranged in the north of the plot. In this way we arrange a big area of triple high, of urban condition, that leads to both access and protect the reading and working rooms from the uncomfortable west position.
  
From this area we can get to the rest of the building: the volume we work in through a lighting natural fissures that make up in the inner a spatial structure without which this area would have result in an indifference excess.
