There’s no doubt that a building of this nature must look for a very important representative responsibility. The Town Hall as the representation of the community has to be housed in a building that assumes clearly the symbolic commitment.
There’s no doubt either that today the building of a Council is also an offices building in the largest sense of the term, with all the flexibility and versatility conditions than it means.
In the same way, we have no doubt that we must propose an accessible building, transparent and understandable, easy to identify as the everyone house.
This three circumstances or essentials factors, have pushed us into thinking the building from a hall almost urban that because of its dimensions and formalization orders and gives access to all the functional areas of the building.
