It’s situated in a high place in the heart of the historic centre of Estella, from where the presence of the buildings of great historical value -San Miguel Church, San Pedro…- has alternation with a dismembered and indefinite in its limits fabric as consequence of the more recent urban evolution.

The house building is adapted to the limits definite by the old close wall. It is a unity built in three of its sides that generate in its inner a big area opened to the best orientation and to the best views, defining a sequence non-existent before between public and privet areas.

The other determinant aspect of the project has been the topography, characterized by important level differences between the limits of the plot. Like this, the movement in height has been the basic argument in the organization and in the construction and formalization of the building.
