It is something certainly unusual trying to resolve a program like the one set out. Make compatible such a strong characterize typology like the bullring, endowed with an image in the collective memory, with a commercial centre, indifference typology, extensive store, is at least a complicated task but attractive at the same time.
  
Paying attention to these considerations and to the analysis of the special plan for the arrangement of the polygon “Las Eras”, where there is a reference to the special geometry of the parcel, the dimension of the bullring forces to situate itself in a centred position. The topographic difference between the north and south vertexes of the effective triangle, of approximately five meters, generates a difference in level especially useful to give the bullring a big plinth in its south side that houses the commercial use planned.
  
The balcony seems to us the most characteristic element of this proposal. It surrounds completely the ring and makes easier the access to all the section, being also a meeting point typical of these spectacles, a viewpoint to the environment, an area snatched from what in other way would be a simple traditional roof.
