The Mendillorri’s housing estate presents distinctive characteristics that make of the presence of green areas the main argument of the arrangement, to the point that the provisions are centralized in the Central Park as part of it.
  
This planning has become an important argument in the creation of the project although there are other factors that have also determined the proposal solution: In one way, the intention of giving an answer to functional requirements that we understand are clearly differentiated depending on if it is the children’s unity or the primary education, trying that its operation, being part of a unique whole, can be arranged as autonomous. And in another, the search for simplicity in the carrying out and organization of the work clearly planned in stages. Hence the existence of two buildings that enjoy of a unique free area.
