It is a building with two fronts that are used for two areas radically differents: one pedestrian and the other with road traffic.
The form imposed by the urban conditions, conditions the project to the point that the two fronts are consequence of that form; sagging the building, the outer front tightens while the inner wrinkles and connects the livings and kitchens with the green areas in the outside.
  
With more hollows that in the outer front, arranges a second skin of orientating and sliding shutters of aluminium that with their movement will form several compositions. The area of narrow balcony between the shutters and the front acts like solar and climatic control.
